Club Esse Pila 2000 Hotel - Pila (Valle d'Aosta)

This venue is fascinating, with a friendly staff, an excellent location for skiing, exceptional food, and overall great memories from the trip.

The staff is extremely helpful here, the services are efficient, and location is unbeatable next to makeshift ' theatre. The rooms are large and amazing with a safe, central heating, and a TV. The Irish bar is pleasant, loved this place.

Hotel was absolutely great and simple, I liked the stay.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a safe, central heating, and a TV. It had excellent and absolutely perfect location short walk to the mountain and the slopes and ski rentals.

The room is comfortably warm, cozy, and has a balcony for relaxing.

The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choice and quantity. The paid-for parking was secure.

The standard of maintenance was very poor and the sound-proofing was non-existent. The cleaning staff were far too pushy.

the location is excellent, in 2 mins you are in the slopes.

the hotel is smoking-free and the law is not enforced. there is smoke smell in the corridors that lead to the rooms (that come from the bed rooms) and staff was not diligent to stop peole somoking. in fact, according to italian law any commercial establishment has to appoint a manager that takes care of this and in this hotel this is not done. the staff moreover responded as in other things with evasion. So, I don't think the staff is freindly, especially the ladies in the frontdesk. The food is OK, actually too much and I think kids should pay much less as they cannot eat all that food.

Quality of food could be better (in Italy)

The hotel is about 10 min walk from the cable car coming from Aosta and only 50m to the nearest ski track. Location of the hotel is excellent in the proximity of nearly everything. Rooms are clean, large and nice, warm and quiet. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is moderate.

There is no free internet connection. There is only one access point in the hotel lobby, not too convenient, speed is slow and charge per hour it is exaggerate. No eggs or any vegetables are served at the breakfast which will make you miss them after a while.

The proximity to a restaurant, a makeshift theater, and picturesque tree-lined slopes, as well as the nearby Fountain Wine Bar, make this place an excellent spot to relax and enjoy.
